As a valued shareholder of Myer, we want to provide you with timely communications whilst minimising our environmental impact.
Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) mean there are new options for how Myer shareholders will receive communications. From 1 January 2023, Myer will no longer send physical meeting documents unless you request a copy to be mailed.
Electronic communication benefits all shareholders by being timelier, cost effective, and better for the environment. Myer encourages all shareholders to provide an email address so we can communicate with you electronically when notices become available online, for items such as meeting documents and annual reports.
