Our award-winning MYER oneOpens in new window loyalty program boasts over seven million digitally engaged members. The program rewards customer loyalty with a straightforward value proposition: members earn points on every Myer purchase, which automatically convert to Reward Cards quarterly. For every 1,000 points earned, members receive a $10 Reward Card.

Myer Extraordinary General Meeting

On 29 October 2024, Myer announced that it had entered into a Share Sale and Implementation Agreement with Premier Investments Limited for a transformational combination of Myer and Apparel Brands (“Proposed Combination”).

The Proposed Combination can only proceed with the approval of Myer shareholders, which will be sought at an Extraordinary General Meeting (“Meeting”) to be held as a hybrid meeting at 9:00am on 23 January 2025 (Melbourne time).

Myer Shareholders can attend either in person or through the online platform and interested parties may also access a live webcast via the Myer Investor Website. Further information about the Meeting and how to participate is set out in the Notice of Meeting (Annexure A to the Explanatory Memorandum).

Myer 2024 AGM

Shareholder Communications

As a valued shareholder of Myer, we want to provide you with timely communications whilst minimising our environmental impact.

Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) mean there are new options for how Myer shareholders will receive communications. From 1 January 2023, Myer will no longer send physical meeting documents unless you request a copy to be mailed.
